Something Exciting

So I was waiting to write agian till something exciting happened to me here in the good ol’ midwest, but then it dawned on me, that if I waited for excitment, you guys might never hear from me!! Things here are getting pretty routine, classes all day, study all night. On the plus side though, I also have a nice routine of seeing my boyfriend every weekend…we dont’ actully do much together….he just kinda watches me study and then i use him for study breaks…hehehe…
This week has been particularlly noneventful. as it is midterms week…so i don’t have classes, but i have 4 midterms….but what this does mean is that this weekend….i actually get to go out and have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sooooo excited for it…think i will be going downtown chicago for most of it…going shopping with my loan money and drinking enough to make up for all my other non-exsistent weekends…maybe i will visit the zoo or go to a comedy club…i’ll let you guys know…
guess that’s about it for me…good luck to those that are starting new jobs or moving to new places..i’ll be thinking of all of you!
oh, and i was just wondering…is everyone as jealous of shira as I am ?? why didn’t we all go to culinary school in calf???

Oh, and it’s not alllllll fun and games here…I do have at least three hours of homework, reading, paper writing, math homework a night. It just doesn’t feel like work because it’s all so interesting and fun! And we have at least two tests a week, but again it’s on interesting and useful material, so studying is actually enjoyable! (I didn’t imagine I’d ever be saying that about homework, but there it is!) Anyways, anyone who is interested in coming to join me here in St. Helena is more than welcome!! 😀
