Dipping Delight

Need a great dipping sauce for those Chinese Dumplings you’re making for dinner tonight? Here’s a recipe for Chef Ken’s Favorite Garlicky Soy Dipping Sauce–sure to satisfy all of your dumpling dipping needs. Other than Mom’s SuperSecret Dumpling Sauce, this the best dumpling dipping sauce I’ve ever tasted. (Maybe if we’re lucky we can get Mom to share hers too…) Enjoy!

    Is this the sauce we used with the Potstickers when I visited? If so I can vouch for its tastiness (I bet with ALL of the key ingredients it’s even better!)

    Your logos are really hot. My graphic design teacher would definitely approve of your incorporating the graphic entities of the chocolates into your design! (I really think the little tomatoes are cute too! 😀 )

    This sauce is a bit different from the one we had that night, but the same basic idea–soy goodness! The secret killer ingredient is the Sesame oil. SOOOOO good!! It adds a whole different dimension to the sauce (or any Asian-style dipping sauce for that matter). Thanks–I love the little tomatoes too, I wanted them to be more red and juicy looking, but what can you do?! 🙂
