• Literature Enthusiast: I love to read. It's amazing what you can learn about yourself when immersed in a good piece of fiction. Besides novels, poetry and short stories, I enjoy reading cookbooks, decorating books, and books about travelling, party-giving, and entertaining.

• On Entertaining...I love planning and throwing Queen Motifa parties. The key to a successful motifa partay is an appropriate and well developed theme. Music is also crucial. As are creative decór, a fun crowd and toothsome crudités. And of course, perhaps most essential to the whole is the Queen, the hard-working hostess who orchestrates the behind-the-scenes details and adds her own sense of style to the event.

• I enjoy the Art of Napkin Folding.

• Accomplished Designer: I'm a stationary making fiend. Give me your old books, send me your unwanted pictures, cards, wrapping paper, and junk. I will transform them into creations that provide an artful modus operandi for staying in touch with all the important people in your life!

• Modern Conquistadora: I love travelling. I hope to visit every continent. Experiencing culture is essential for my survival.

• On Creative Movement...dancing is one of my preferred methods of self-expression.

• I'm willing to bet there are people who don't like burning calories. I am not one of them. I find the cardiac high after an intense workout to be singular and rewarding. I achieve this little euphoria through kickboxing and aerobics, when I make the time. Otherwise, through walking, running or dancing.

• On Anne of Green Gables... if I could choose a place and time to visit, it would be Avonlea, Prince Edward Island, Canada, circa the early 1900s.
