Garlicky Soy Dipping Sauce
Ingredients Amounts
Soy Sauce
White Vinegar
Sesame Oil
Sugar
Garlic, finely minced
Chili (optional)

1 1/2 Tbsp.
1 Tbsp.
1/4 tsp.
1 pinch
1 Tbsp. or more to taste
to taste

Method
1. Combine the liquid ingredients and the sugar. Add the garlic and stir to blend. Let stand for 5-10 minutes so the garlic has time to permeate the soy.

2. To serve: place a small amount of sauce in a dipping dish. Garnish with a few scallion rings. Make fresh and use sparingly.
