Got to get me some animal lovin’
I found this great picture of my dog today. Isn’t she a phutums? Ok, ok I know everyone thinks that THEIR pet is the cutest in the whole world. Let’s make a collection of dog pictures and compare…we can have a contest…vote for your favorite dog! Send me (shira@moltenchocolate.com) your pics and we’ll put them up here for a contest of sorts! This is Olivia–isn’t she beautiful? She had a rough childhood and as a result of being malnurished and the dangers of life on the street, she has no teeth and short bones. (In other words, her stomach is as big as a regular cat, but her legs are not quite proportional, so she looks a bit like a hot air balloon about to take off). But, she’s the sweetest and gentlest cat in the world and shares her love with anyone who needs some.

The two pets posted by Carrie closely resemble two we have here at our place!!
Spike, aka “Spike E. Pooterman.com”, “Spikey”, “Big Dog”, “Pootie”, “Coaster Butt”, (related closely to the infamous “Toaster Butt”) “BAD DOG”, “NO” and last but not least, “I CAN’T BELIEVE YOU DID THAT!!”
Lucy, aka “Peanut”, “Princess”, “Lucy Lynn”, “Lucy Edward” (don’t ask), “Baby Lou”, “Rat Dog”, and who can forget “THIEF” (she likes to steal things and hide them in her crate)
Spike while rambunctous, likes to live the life of ease, chasing neighboring rabbits when he can and eating anything and everything that he can get his taste buds on.
Lucy on the other hand is quite the little lady who enjoys tormenting Spike at every opportunity by stealing his rawhide chew bones and “humping” him while he’s resting. (Tries to show her dominance)
Spike can rollover, play dead, shake hands, high five, low five, sit, speak, lay down, fetch, play frisbee, football and dabbles in soccer, while Lucy can ……….Well she can………Oh yes, do the Lucy Shuffle. Her predominant tail, when wagging, rules her body making her appear to dance when she walks and wags simultaneously!! Quite the entertainer don’t you know!

Here’s Soho! Soho enjoys living the good life; reclining in the sun or on his double decker mattress, scrounging puppy treats, getting head massages, and going for the occassional stroll are a few of his favorite pastimes.
