mike.jpgMoltenchocolate is back–sorry for the interuption, I know you’re waiting in great anticipation to hear what’s been happening in my life the past few weeks! The most exciting new development is a new gig working in the kitchen with Michael Chiarello of the Food Network’s Easy Entertaining with Michael. It’s just for a few days (for right now anyways, I’m sure when they meet me tomorrow they’ll be so awed by my talent, beauty and charm that they’ll immediately sign me to a five year contract for my own show, What’s Shakin’ with Chef Shira. I’ll be sure to keep you all posted (and send you autographed recipes whem I’m famous…).

I don’t know how they will be able to resist giving you your own food network show!

Last week for Valentines day, the Food Network had CHOCOLATE week and Giada De Laurentiis hosted it. HELLOW! Is her domain name moltenchocolate.com? I think not! They obviously have not found the right female chefs for their repertoire.

I, of course, expect to be a special guest on your show some day, and we can wear Queen Motifa crowns and show the Queen Motifa Creative Process. Watch out Martha! lol.

You’re exactly right Carrie–we have SO got Martha beat. I mean, our hipness and sense of humor alone puts us yaaaaards ahead of her stodgy, uptight, prim & proper TV persona already. I think there is definitely a niche for some American Page whats-her-name-s, but with more food incorporated. I’m imagining a thrifty-transformational-become-a-gourmand-by-learning-hot-tricks-from-us type of show. It’s got definite potential.
