Cook’s Illustrated is one of my favorite magazines at the moment (I’m living off of my mom’s old editions since it’s not available in Italy). Right now they have a free trial membership to their web edition! Exciting!

That’s Oak’s favorite magazine too. Did you know you can buy bound books of previous years issues? We got one free at the magazine exchange at the library from like 1997… it has this awesome recipe for double chocolate cookies.. Oak ordered last year’s book too. We also like Cook’s Country (from the same people), which is more focused on comfort/American foods.
