Change Your Life

What am I doing this month that I’m home in LeRoy, you ask?  Well, on a normal day I get up at four in the morning and run 20 to 25 miles before breakfast.  Then I go windsurf or bike.

I had you there for a minute, didn’t I?? 😉

 I’m reading the January version of Outside and that is Dean Karnazes’ description of a normal day.  I mean, go dean!, but what the heck?!

I like Thoreau’s idea that “superfluous wealth can buy superfluities only.”  New goal: throw or give five things away every week–old junk that you never use/clothes that you never wear, etc.  Simplify!

    Five things is really a large quantity of things to throw away! But I’m liking it–my life is getting less cluttered!
