I have to agree with you on the bacon thing. In the past week and a half I have eaten more bacon than I care to remember.
The waffle house bacon texas cheesesteak platter, a glorious bacon, cheese, and steak sandwich served with the ever-versatile (served 12000 ways!) hash brown has to be one of the best uses of bacon I have ever tasted. See the “melts” section of the menu for an illustration. Lup lup.
MMMMMMM. It does look scrumpscious. All food under the category “Melt” makes my mouth water. Add bacon under the melted goodness and it’s just all over.
