A Quarter Century Old

present.jpgWell, I’m officially 25 years old as of the ninth. This is the first birthday I’ve celebrated in a foreign country. Kind of a quiet year since I celebrated Christmas and New Year in a big way. I unpacked from our almost month-long vacation, mopped the floor and had dinner at a restaunt whose name translates to “Three Wheels” in English with Luca and his parents.

    Happy birthday!!!!!!

Can I say how much I hate the term “quarter century”? At IBM you join the “Quarter Century club” after 25 years of service, which makes anyone who is in it seem positively ancient… though the lady in the cubicle next to me just retired after 36 YEARS! Can you imagine?

Anyway, it sounds like you had a nice birthday, though I definitely would have skipped the mopping the floor part!!!

    Love,
    Carrie

    Hey,
    Happy Belated Birthday!
I somehow lost my calendar with all my birthdays on it. sorry about that. I hope things are going great for you and sometime when you’re damn good and ready to head back to upstate NY (I don’t suggest now) I get to treat you to dinner and a glass of wine and hear what you’ve been up to.
    take care,
    Ben

    Happy Belated Birthday Shira
Hard to believe that you are now 25yrs old or young depending on how you look at it. Believe me I look at it as young.
Hopefully we’ll get to see you in Italy this year.
    Love
    Aunt Joan
